Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PayTravel (https://paytravel.co) handles personal data when you visit our website, use the dashboard, publish trips, manage travelers, or process payments through the service.

1. Contact

For privacy or legal questions, contact legal@paytravel.co.

2. Data we process

  • Account and organization details, such as name, email, role, and workspace settings.
  • Trip, traveler, application, booking, payment, commission, file, question, answer, and communication records.
  • Booking-page visitor identifiers, session identifiers, attribution, referrer, landing-page, UTM, device, browser, and source data used for product analytics.
  • Authentication data, magic-link and Google sign-in events, support messages, security logs, device data, IP address, and product events needed to operate the service.

3. Why we use data

We use data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, store bookings and applications, support organizations and travelers, calculate agreed platform fees or commissions, process payments through providers such as Stripe, troubleshoot errors, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product.

4. AI features

If AI-powered features are enabled, we may process prompts, submitted content, traveler or booking information, messages, metadata, and generated outputs through AI service providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or similar model providers. We use AI providers to operate user-requested features, automate workflows, summarize or classify information, draft content, and improve product functionality. Where available, we use business or API versions of AI services and configure them so customer content is not used to train provider models unless we state otherwise or obtain permission.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use or may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies for security, session continuity, product analytics, attribution, and advertising measurement. Tags may be managed through Google Tag Manager and may include Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or similar tools. Booking pages set first-party visitor/session cookies and local storage for product analytics and source attribution. The dashboard uses necessary authentication and security cookies. Payment providers may use their own checkout and fraud-prevention tools. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

6. Providers and transfers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, Workers infrastructure, storage, security, and email delivery; Stripe for payments and billing; Workers Logs and Axiom for error monitoring; Google when Google sign-in, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or organizer-configured analytics are used; Microsoft when Clarity is used; Meta or TikTok when their pixels are used; AI model providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or similar providers if AI features are enabled; and customer-configured email providers such as Cloudflare Email or Resend when an organization connects its own sender. These providers may process data in countries outside your own.

7. Retention and rights

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We keep data while needed to provide the service, maintain records, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection by emailing legal@paytravel.co.
