Questions

Do you really set it up for me?

On Plus and Partner, yes. We look at how you sell today, build your trip pages and application form, connect your Stripe and move your current travelers and waitlist. Your first departure is live in 7 days. Hobby and Pro are self-serve, with email support.

Do you take a fee on bookings?

A small PayTravel fee per booking, shown on every plan: 3% on Hobby, 1% on Pro, 0.5% on Plus and 0% on Partner. Card fees are Stripe's, at cost, shown separately, and you decide who pays them.

Where does the money go?

Straight to your own Stripe account. PayTravel never holds your travelers' money.

How do deposits and installments work?

You choose a deposit to save a seat and when the rest is due. Travelers pay by card, get a receipt, and get reminders before each payment.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on Pro and above. Your trip pages and emails run under your brand.

What if a trip doesn't fill?

You approve travelers yourself, so nobody pays until you say yes. Waitlists and cancellations are built in.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Hobby and Pro are free for 14 days, no card needed, and you can pause or cancel anytime.

Who is behind PayTravel?

David García, from Spain. PayTravel started as the booking system for one travel agency and grew from there.
